Spencer’s Lawn Care

Welcome to Spencer’s Lawn Care! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling services with Spencer’s Lawn Care, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Our lawn care services are provided on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified.

​

2. Payment Policy

To remain on our service schedule, all customers must maintain a valid payment method on file. Payments are processed automatically following service completion. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Skipping Service & Cancellation

If you request to skip a scheduled service for any reason, a $25 skip fee will be applied to your account. This fee covers lost scheduling time and ensures route efficiency.

​

4. Weather Delays & Rescheduling

In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your service as soon as conditions allow. Severe weather delays do not exempt customers from maintaining a payment method on file or from our cancellation policy.

​

5. Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked and that pets are secured on service days. If we are unable to access your property due to locked gates, pets, or other obstructions, the $25 skip fee will apply.

6. Liability

Spencer’s Lawn Care is not responsible for damages to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles that are not clearly marked. We strive to perform all services with the utmost care and professionalism.

7. Changes to Terms

Spencer’s Lawn Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
